Juan Sebastián Piedra is an Ecuadorian Brand Strategist and Creative Director currently based in New York City.

Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Juan Sebastián has always been driven by creativity. His passion for music and marketing earned him a scholarship to Loyola University New Orleans, where he pursued a degree in Arts & Entertainment Industry Studies. During his time at Loyola, he collaborated with a talented group of peers to develop a marketing campaign for Duke & Jones under The Shalizi Group, gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand development.

Beyond music, Juan has played a key role in brand strategy and event execution. He was instrumental in developing the brand identity for Harmony Turbines, creating pitch decks and marketing strategies that helped secure international investment. He also contributed to the growth of Waggin, leveraging data-driven marketing techniques to enhance customer engagement. In addition, he co-organized El Bloque, a large-scale community event that showcased local talent, where he led digital promotion and audience engagement efforts.

Now based in New York City, Juan has expanded his expertise into creative direction, working with artists like Selah Marley and many others to craft compelling visual narratives and brand strategies. His diverse background in marketing, event production, and creative strategy allows him to develop innovative campaigns that drive engagement and long-term growth.
